Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible! We process and dispatch most orders within 24 hours, so the sooner you inform us, the better.

Cancellations are only possible if your order has not yet been shipped. Since most items are dispatched within one business day, we recommend to get in touch within 24 hours to get your order cancelled. 

Please note: Once your order has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel it.
